(6) Scale and GRA setting value correspondence     The values that are set in channel 0 GRA are arranged in ascending pitch order. FREQ denotes the starting address of the table.  A particular tone is identified by mentioning its order from FREQ.   The table begins with the lowest-pitched tone #re, followed by mi. H'FFFF at the end of the table designates a rest, which suppresses tone output.
